Who handles your information

MineNet Africa (Pty) Ltd, registration 2026/822900/07, handles information submitted through this website. Contact info@minenet.co.za or 014 008 5328. Our company address is Unit 5, Monterey Complex, Cuckoo Avenue, Cashan, Rustenburg, North West, 0299, South Africa.

What we collect and why

Enquiries may include your name, business contact details, company, project context and message. We use them to respond, assess requirements and maintain relevant communication records. Career introductions are used to consider potential roles. Marketing preferences are optional and separate from your request.

Delivery and access

Online requests are processed through the website’s configured enquiry service when available and delivered to the company mailbox. Authorised company personnel and hosting or email providers may process the information for that purpose. If online delivery is unavailable, the website offers an email draft or downloadable request; these are not sent automatically.

Retention and your choices

The website request register retains career introductions for up to six months and other requests for up to twelve months. Register cleanup runs when new requests are processed; administrators also review dormant records. Mailbox copies and any contracted project records follow the applicable business-record retention requirements. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, withdraw optional marketing consent or request removal from the talent register by contacting info@minenet.co.za. Some records may need to be retained where an obligation applies.

Website operation and cookies

This release includes no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The enquiry service may use a necessary session cookie for request security when activated. Hosting services may retain technical access logs for operation and security.

Sensitive information

Do not submit medical records, identity documents, credentials or confidential mine information through the public forms. Any future worker-health service requires a separate agreed data-governance framework.
